The Yantai Bajiao Bay International Exhibition Center project successfully made it to the list, winning this prestigious honor. The China Construction Engineering Luban Prize (National High-Quality Project), also known as the Luban Prize, is a recognition guided by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and implemented by the China Construction Industry Association. This prize represents the highest honor for engineering quality in the domestic construction industry. Being included in the Luban Prize list is a significant recognition of the project's engineering quality.
The Yantai Bajiao Bay International Exhibition Center is located in the Yellow Bohai New Area of Yantai City. The project includes an exhibition center, a comprehensive cultural activity center, and an underground garage. The entire project consists of double-layer Hall A, single-layer Hall B, a registration hall, and a comprehensive cultural activity center. It is an international exhibition complex integrating exhibition, conference, cultural exchange, and commercial services, with a total construction area of 246,000 square meters. The project officially started in June 2020 and was officially put into use in May 2022. It is currently the largest, most functional, and best environment comprehensive exhibition venue in Yantai.
